For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, we offer a exchange or refund if a request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

- Exchange Policy

You are eligible for an exchange within 2 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges will be processed only after approval.
Once approved, the exchanged product will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

And if the refund is approved, the amount be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
